What is Charity Link?

Charity Link connects contributors who want to donate gently used items with local charity organizations that support people in need, including children in orphanages.

How do I donate items?

Create a donation list, add items with photos and descriptions, then submit the list. Charity Link routes your list to a local charity based on your location.

How is my donation list matched to a charity?

When you submit a list, the app selects a charity organization using your contributor location and the app’s routing rules, so nearby charities receive relevant donations.

What happens after I submit a donation list?

The charity reviews each item, then can send you a response. You’ll get a notification (including WhatsApp when available) and can view their message and contact details.

How do I contact the charity after they respond?

On your donation lists page, open a reviewed list and use Contact Charity to view their profile, including WhatsApp, phone, email, and address.

Can I share Charity Link with others?
